Florida Cannabis Legalization: One Poll Shows Weed Going Legal In November Ballot, Another Thumbs Down
Two recent polls are showing differing perspectives on the level of support for Florida’s ballot measure to legalize cannabis, also known as Amendment 3 to be decided by voters this coming November.
According to a poll conducted by Florida Atlantic University (FAU), the amendment is falling short of the 60% approval needed for passage. The FAU survey found that 56% of voters support Amendment 3, with a significant 15% still undecided.

In contrast, a poll released by USA Today/Suffolk University/WSVN indicates stronger support, with 63% of respondents in favor of the amendment and only 3.2% undecided. The FAU poll’s …
