Ukraine Establishes Guidelines For Medical/Industrial/Scientific Cannabis Transport
A month following a law allowing the distribution of cannabis plants for medical, industrial and scientific purposes in Ukraine going into effect, the country’s government came up with additional rules to regulate the nascent industry.
The government in the Eastern European country has come up with guidelines for transporting cannabis within its borders.
Under the new rules, made public by the Ministry of Health, businesses with the appropriate licenses for handling narcotics, psychotropic substances and their precursors can legally transport medical cannabis, including raw cannabis plants, cannabis-based substances and medications derived from the plants, reported Bukvy.
