BVI’s ex-premier appealing drug conspiracy conviction
Andrew Fahie, the former British Virgin Islands premier, is appealing his 11-year federal prison sentence for his role in a cocaine trafficking conspiracy. Fahie, 53, was arrested in April 2022, along with former BVI Ports Director Oleanvine Maynard and her son, Kadeem Maynard.
