The website Kentucky launched to help patients find providers for medical cannabis is back up and running.

It was launched on Sunday, but was taken down for a couple of days while contact information for some practitioners was updated.

The website offers a county-by-county list of practitioners.

Applications to get a medical cannabis card in Kentucky open Jan. 1.
