Town of Empire, CO Seeks 2 Marijuana Centers for Open Licenses

EMPIRE, Co, September 3, 2025 – The Town of Empire seeks two Adult Use and/or Medical Marijuana Centers to fill current open licenses provided by Town Ordinance 238. The Town is located on Highway 40 in Clear Creek County and generates an average of 10,000 cars a day traveling through on the way to Grand County, in addition to the 345 residents who are potential customers. 

CDOT is currently resurfacing the highway and the town has dedicated resources for better parking, signage, restrooms and other amenities for these travelers to enhance the Board of Trustee’s term goal of supporting local businesses.
