Kentucky: Beshear signs executive order clarifying qualifying conditions for medical cannabis

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear signed an executive order on Tuesday providing further guidance on which medical conditions qualify for medical cannabis in the commonwealth.
