Not As High As You’d Think! Weed Products In Oklahoma Less Potent Than Labels Claim

Some marijuana products sold in Oklahoma are far less potent than stated on their labels, says lab manager at Havard Industries. Inaccurate labeling of cannabis products has been an issue across the U.S. Some companies have even been prosecuted. 

“We’ve been reading a lot of reports over the last several years about the inflation of THC, the potency numbers and how it was affecting different markets,” said Jeffrey Havard of the lab, reported 75 Oklahoma’s News. 

According to testing results from Havard Industries, samples were on average 78% weaker than their label listed, but some were off by up to 200%.
