As Michigan Becomes Nation’s Top Cannabis Seller, Baker College Teams Up With Weed Brand To Offer Internships In Detroit
Baker College has teamed up with Michigan’s popular weed brand, House of Dank (HOD), to provide cannabis-related internships in Metro Detroit. This collaboration aims to create a talent pipeline for the cannabis industry while ensuring students receive comprehensive education and training.
The news comes as Michigan emerges as the top seller of legal cannabis in the U.S., surpassing the Golden State in unit sales.
The Oakland County-based private college is introducing three specialized cannabis certificates to equip students with job skills needed for a career in the marijuana industry. Each course, offered fully online, takes nine weeks to complete.
