Cannabis Recall In California After Investigation Finds Dangerous Pesticides In Popular Weed Products

California‘s cannabis regulator has recalled certain THC oil vape cartridges being sold in106 retail locations across the state, due to containing dangerous levels of a dangerous pesticide, reported Newsweek.

The recall, published by the California’s Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) on Tuesday was prompted by a joint investigation by The Los Angeles Times and cannabis industry newsletter WeedWeek.

The joint effort shed light on the significant health risks of using these products while exposing regulatory shortcomings.
