The Power of R & R

Do you feel or have you ever felt burnout at work?  If yes, do not fret, as you are not alone. According to Gallup’s 2022 report Employee Burnout: Causes and Cures, 76% of employees experience burnout on the job at least sometimes, and 28% say they are burned out very often or always at work. .
