Media report says — WA crossbencher MP Sophia Moermond has quit the Legalise Cannabis party to sit as an Independent in the Upper House. In an announcement to the chamber on Thursday afternoon, Legislative Council president Alanna Clohesy said Ms Moermond was no longer a member of the pro-cannabis party.
