Black Cannabis Week: Philly Entrepreneurs Ignite Social Justice Movement Around PA’s Marijuana Laws

As Pennsylvania inches closer to legalizing recreational cannabis, Philadelphia entrepreneurs and advocates are seizing the opportunity to ensure social equity in the emerging industry.
