EXCLUSIVE: New Wana Brands Marketplace Brings Together Martha Stewart CBD, Charlotte’s Web, Cann Products

Wana Brands, a leading name in the North American cannabis edibles market and a subsidiary of Canopy USA, is set to launch a new marketplace called Wanderous, Benzinga has learned exclusively ahead of the official announcement. The marketplace aims to streamline the shopping experience by offering a curated selection of new hemp-derived products in one convenient platform.

Canopy USA is a holding company in which the multi-state operator Canopy Growth (NASDAQ:CGC) (TSX:WEED) holds a non-participating, non-controlling interest. The company has acquired two of three Wana Brands entities, with the full acquisition of Wana Brands expected by the end of summer, subject to regulatory approval.

Wana also announced that a new line of ready-to-drink infused sparkling beverages crafted with hemp extracts will debut exclusively on Wanderous.
