The East Coast just got a little greener. Ice-T, the legendary rapper, actor and New Jersey native, is making history with the official launch of The Medicine Woman Jersey City. Co-owned alongside cannabis entrepreneur Charis Burrett, the highly anticipated dispensary opened its doors on March 27, 2025, for a soft opening, with a grand celebration slated for April 19-20.

I came up here, and now I’m coming back to build something that gives back,” Ice-T said, emphasizing the deeper mission behind the business. “This isn’t just about selling cannabis—it’s about creating opportunity and correcting injustice in communities that were hit hardest.”

Situated at 660 Tonnelle Avenue, the dispensary is positioned strategically along Route 1 & 9, ensuring easy access for locals and visitors alike.
