Missouri‘s second round of the cannabis licensing lottery elected 48 applicants to obtain cannabis microbusiness permits, out of 2,000 applicants who applied between April 15-29.

Out of the total number, 33 were microbusiness wholesale licenses, while 24 were microbusiness retail permits, according to a press release by Missouri’s Division of Cannabis Regulation.

DCR said that “no later than August of this year, a total of 57 microbusiness licenses will be issued,” adding that “the lottery selection does not guarantee the applicant a facility license.”
